Our Story

The Humanius Group (THG) owns and acquires companies worldwide, working internationally to expand businesses and strengthen their management capabilities and efforts. We focus particularly on management, organisational development (OD), human resources management (HRM), talent management (TM), and learning and development (L&D) to accelerate growth, stabilise operations, and drive success across our companies and projects.

Founded in 1986 in California, United States, The Humanius Group has grown into a solid organisation with employees and activities in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. Today, our primary operations are based in Luxembourg, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore.

The Humanius Group’s senior management team consists of eight experts in psychology and human resources, while our senior advisory team includes global advisors.

Our advisory platforms are founded on the most recognised psychological theories and models, and our advisors are highly skilled in adapting and implementing results-orientated human resources management processes and tools that optimise company culture, foster collaboration, and enhance results.

We are proud to support the organisation Wedoourbest. As part of a training initiative for our managers and employees, we designed and built an offshore powerboat named Absorbia with the aim of creating the fastest boat in the world as a management training project.
