Guidelines for receiving and sending mail

This email expresses the views of the sender and not necessarily the views of the company.

We can confirm that your email has arrived in our server. This does not mean that the content is accepted or approved.

The E-mail and any files transmitted with it are confidential to the intended recipient at the E-mail address to which it has been addressed. The E-mail may not be disclosed or used by any other than the addressee, nor may it be copied in any way. If you are not the intended recipient, please contact the sender as soon as possible and delete any copies of this message.

Any agreements – subscription justification

Please note we have a solid rule that we never buy services or things by email or social media.

Only prior approved payments/bills signed by the Unit’s CEO in the period before (the CEO only has the subscription/approval rights) where the annex is provided with an approval archive number and the company’s seal will be seen as legal.

  • We are strong opponents of corruption and bribery;

  • All employees are evaluated annually and employees’ efforts are assessed as indicating what possible wage and benefit increase is offered, and;
  • Volunteers must sign confidentiality and a voluntary agreement.
